Looking for a registry styled wedding – small and intimate but still want it to feel special and not like a simple legal transaction?
This is the plan for Sarah and Mick’s Burning Love wedding…
Sarah and Mick’s ceremony starts at 4pm. So Mick will arrive at 3.30 to be photographed and greet their guests (well, 12 are seated, the rest will stand in place).
Once all the guests are seated, Sarah will arrive. Linked arms with her dad as she walks down the aisle.
They will both laugh and cry during their personalised ceremony and then after they sign the register, they will add their initials to the Wall of Love. During this time, the guests are handed confetti to toss for the recessional.
They have 20min allocated for family group photos (plus all the kisses and hugs), then around 20min for couple photos onsite, followed by another 20min of mingles with their favourite people until 5.30pm.
From the completion of the ceremony, their BYO drinks will be served by Sure Thing Chapel staff.
Sarah and Mick added an hour of chapel time, drinks and 3 grazing boxes, so that they could celebrate a little longer.
They also booked the kombi for more photo time off site and their ride home.
*2025 rates. 2026 may incur up to 10% increase.

The ceremony time can only be changed less than 4 weeks out from your day (pending availability that is).
If you book the 4pm ceremony time slot, then you absolutely have the option to book more time. You can book extra time by the hour – or just book for private dining / party time.
You can certainly bring your own decorations, although we doubt you will need any. Let’s chat, because DIY décor needs some logistical planning.
Oh… so you are running late… for the most part we can catch up on time. So I guess it depends on how late? And if there is another booking after you? If there is another booking after you, then unfortunately you will miss your spot because the next couple’s wedding will run to schedule.
Unfortunately not… but we think that an EPIC time beats a drawn out time, every time!
It sure is! So, we would suggest that your drinks be delivered to us the morning of (or day before pending availability), that way they are cold, cold, cold for the party!
We do have some limitations on the amount of alcohol though… we are all for a good time – not a comatose one.
To reserve your wedding date and lock in all the included vendors for your wedding, a non-refundable 30% of your package price is required. The balance is not due until 4 weeks before your wedding.
