How your day will look...

Here’s how it worked for Nina and Nic…

Nina got ready at the Sure Thing Chapel. Her hair and makeup artist was ready to start her glam session in our beauty space with some morning bubbles and a grazing box filled with yummies.

Photos started here too with so many amazing spots to capture that dress!

Meanwhile, Nic and his crew were picked up by his chauffeured kombi, arriving 30min before their ceremony was due to start (followed closely by the rest of the guests).

Photos of Nic were taken while Nina took some time out before the ceremony (while she could hear all the action, she was out of sight).

Their favourite slow jam was the que for Nina’s entrance… the curtains were drawn and she continued down the aisle.

Their personalised ceremony was beautiful! After signing the register, they added their initials to Wall of Love.

On conclusion of the ceremony, the official photos began. Family group photos, followed by couple portraits. The couple also opted for location photos, so they jumped in the kombi and headed to some local spots.

Meanwhile, their guests enjoyed some bubbles and light refreshments. They left messages for the newlyweds on the Hotline Bling audio guest book and had fun in the photo booth!

Nina and Nic could have invited up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception. But they wanted to share their day with just their nearest and dearest. 

On their return, they entered to a cocktail style reception with their favourite 30 people!

Their caterer (organised separately), set up their catering van in the carpark. 

They had speeches, cake and dancing until 10pm! They had the absolute best day and did it all the way they wanted it!

Got questions about this package?

If you want offsite couple photographs taken at golden hour / sunset, then we will help you to work out when the best ceremony time is for you. To give you a rough idea, if sunset is at 6pm, then your ceremony will likely be at 4pm.

If you don’t want to leave the party, then we can start it at any time 🙂

You can totally do that! There are no rules anymore, so if you would like to get ready together, then we can make that happen.

Sure thing! That isn’t a problem at all.

Yes, you can… but for a truly chill prep time, we would suggest only a few extras (e.g. parent, attendants or siblings)… the beauty space isn’t really kid friendly either.

Unfortunately not… but we think that an EPIC time beats a drawn out time, every time!

It sure is! So, we would suggest that your drinks be delivered to us the morning of (or day before pending availability), that way they are cold, cold, cold for the party!

We do have some limitations on the amount of alcohol though… we are all for a good time – not a comatose one.  

To reserve your wedding date and lock in all the included vendors for your wedding, a non-refundable 30% of your package price is required. The balance is not due until 4 weeks before your wedding. 

Get in contact to check availability, from there we have a really easy booking form for you to fill in and return to us. This, along with your reservation fee is required to confirm your booking.
