Sam and Danny’s plan…

Sam and Danny started with a simple plan – get married!

Not a fan of all the fanfare, wanted something short and sweet, but still wanted to say their own vows and for it to be personal.

So, the original plan was for an elopement, just the two of them, this meant that their photographer would be a witness and that they would need one extra witness (no problem – we can supply one).

But, after booking, they decided that they couldn’t do it without their parents… so that’s what they did! We scraped the extra witness and changed their witnesses to their mums (we love mum witnesses!).

As you can imagine, with just 6 people, photos took no time at all, so the 6 got to enjoy some bubbles and chat until it was time to leave.

That is when Danny surprised Sam… our 1973 kombi arrived to pick the two up and take them to their extended weekend away! Taking them all the way to a romantic North Stradbroke Island bnb! (all the way, lol, the ferry is just 10min away. But the kombi did take them over on the barge and deliver them to their accommodation).

How Susan and Kai did it…

These two are super low key, and a couple of pranksters… so they told all their family and friends to meet them at the movies for Kai’s birthday.

Once everyone was there, they were told about a change of plans – what??? They all now had to jump into an orange kombi to get to the next location – 7 at a time, so the oldies and Kai went first. Back in just 5min, the rest continued to be shuttled, still unknowing. The mystery was killing them!

On arrival, they soon realised that they had all arrived at Susan and Kai’s wedding!!!! YASS!!!

Once everyone was seated, Susan appeared and walked down the aisle with their tween son.

After the ceremony was photo time and a little party! Susan and Kai organised for a time extension, BYO drinks, grazing boxes and pizzas from down the road! There was some dancing and some impromptu speeches.

Being a school night, it all wrapped up by 9.30pm. And they all had some stories to tell at work and school the next day!

Got questions about this package?

If you want offsite couple photographs taken at golden hour / sunset, then we will help you to work out when the best ceremony time is for you. To give you a rough idea, if sunset is at 6pm, then your ceremony will likely be at 4pm.

If you don’t want to leave the party, then we can start it at any time 🙂

You absolutely have the option to book more time. You can book extra time by the hour – or just book for private dining / party time.

We love different! Let’s chat and see what we can come up with.

Not really… We host some weird and wacky theme weddings. So if a couple can rock up in a Star Wars costume, then where are we to set limits?  That said, generally speaking, people dress up for a wedding.

Unfortunately not… but we think that an EPIC time beats a drawn out time, every time!

It sure is! So, we would suggest that your drinks be delivered to us the morning of (or day before pending availability), that way they are cold, cold, cold for the party!

We do have some limitations on the amount of alcohol though… we are all for a good time – not a comatose one.  

To reserve your wedding date and lock in all the included vendors for your wedding, a non-refundable 30% of your package price is required. The balance is not due until 4 weeks before your wedding.
